You agree not to use BulkPost to:

  • Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or any applicable laws.
  • Spam, harass, or engage in any form of abusive behavior.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or restrictions imposed by TikTok.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. TikTok Integration

BulkPost connects to TikTok through their official API. By using BulkPost, you also agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

6. AI-Generated Content

BulkPost offers AI-powered content generation features. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through BulkPost. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

BulkPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failed or delayed posts, TikTok API changes or outages, content that violates third-party rights, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BulkPost at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
